During these meetings, he presented the strategic vision for railway revitalization in Guatemala through REMED’s ambitious Railway Corridor project—an initiative designed to connect North America with Central America through modern, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure.
This project represents a landmark milestone for the region’s economic development, positioning Guatemala as a strategic logistics hub for continental connectivity. The initiative not only promises to boost trade and attract foreign investment, but also to strengthen regional security and foster deeper integration among the nations of the Americas.
